Each Spring we receive enquiries from many more families than we can help with their admission appeals; and 2012 is predicted to see more appeals than ever before.

A new School Appeals Code of Practice came into force in February of this year (2012) and we have updated fully updated our e book, School Admission Appeals – A Parents Guide to reflect the changes. The guide will help parents write their own more effective appeal statements and be better prepared for the Appeals Hearings. The guide includes comprehensive guidance on what to do before and following the hearing and includes comprehensive advice on the questions to ask, and expect at the Hearing itself.

A recent e mail received from a family who purchased the e book read –

‘Dear Graham, I just want to thank you for the e-book- School Admission Appeals – A Parent’s Guide which was invaluable. I thought you might be gratified to know that we won our appeal!’
Irene Gilbert (by e mail)

New for 2012. In response to the current economic situation and to assist families who might not be in a position to select our full appeal writing service for a limited number of families only we are able to work with them to write a counter prejudice case. This will outline how and why a school could admit your child without causing prejudice to efficient education which is one of the two key legal decisions Appeal Panel Members must consider when deciding whether or not to allow your appeal. This service is offered on a strictly first come, first served basis to no more than twenty families.

School Admission Appeals – A Parents Guide costs £29.99 and will be delivered to you by e mail within 24 hours (and most often the same day) The counter prejudice statement costs £499.00.

Both can be purchased below using your Debit / Credit Card or Pay Pal Account.
